Shipping & Returns
Your order will ship within 1-2 weeks of your order date. Please keep in mind that all items are handmade to order.
After your package is dropped off at USPS/USP, we are no longer responsible for it. Please contact your local postal services for further assistance.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges within: 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be shipped within: 30 days of purchase date.
Return Process Time Frame: 15 -30 Days
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
I cannot accept returns for the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Orders that are custom or personalized
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Items that are intimate (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return:
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for any value lost if the item is not returned in its original condition.
